Rental Conditions
- The Villa is a non-smoking area
- Pets are not allowed
- Cleaning not included in the reservation: plan to leave the rental clean and free of any waste. Otherwise, the tenants are informed that the cleaning will be done by a third party whose intervention, estimated at 4 hours minimum of cleaning or 100€, will be deducted from the amount of the security deposit.
- Rental from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights)
- Arrival on Saturday from 16h00 to 19h00
- Departure Saturday from 07:00 to 10:00.
- A deposit of 30% of the stay is required at the time of booking, the balance being paid on arrival.
- Sheets and towels are not provided.
